More than just passionate foodies, Gooce has put in the groundwork. Gabi trained at The Grange Cookery School in Somerset and Luce holds distinctions from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.

After nibbles, diners get stuck into three courses of seasonal, fresh produce. The revolving menu showcases spiced, griddled, pickled, slow roasted and basted sharing platters.

Guests bring a bottle of wine for the table… or two for nerves.
